This completely redesigned unit replaces the models we’ve proudly carried for the last seven years, and it comes packed with major improvements in performance, durability, and technology.

This new model designed to be simple, reliable, and easy to use. Unlike older models that had complicated LED touch screens, this unit focuses on straightforward operation and fewer electronics, making it easier to maintain and operate.

The truck features two functional buttons: one for turtle speed, which allows slow and precise movement in tight spaces, and another that lets you operate the truck with the handle in the upright position when working in confined areas. A small display screen provides essential information such as a battery level indicator and an hour meter, so you can easily monitor usage and charging needs.

The new model is powered by a 48V 20AH lithium battery protected by a durable metal cover, along with a more advanced 5A fully automatic digital charger. Simply plug it into any standard 110-volt outlet for easy charging. The removable battery weighs approximately 8 lbs (4 kg), allowing you to quickly remove it from the unit and charge it conveniently wherever needed. The system now displays the battery percentage directly on the OLED handle, giving you real-time information so you always know your remaining power.

One of the standout upgrades is the advanced OLED smart handle system. The display shows battery percentage, operating hours, and error codes for quick and efficient troubleshooting. It also features two adjustable speed modes, including a one-button Turtle Speed for controlled 2 km/h operation. In addition, the T20i includes an upright drive function that allows you to operate the pallet truck with the tiller arm in the upright position. This is especially useful in tight spaces such as straight trucks, trailers, and narrow warehouse aisles where maneuverability is critical. The maximum speed can also be adjusted from 1 to 4.5 km/h through its built-in debugging mode.

The GO Electra is designed as a hybrid electric/manual convertible unit powered by a high-performance AC brushless motor. If needed, you can instantly switch modes by simply pulling the ring out to enter manual mode and pressing it back in to return to electric mode. Manual pumping has also been significantly improved and is noticeably lighter compared to previous models. With a complete guard surrounding the motor and wiring, critical components are fully protected from damage, increasing durability and reducing downtime.

This model is available in two fork sizes: 48″ x 27″ and 48″ x 21″, giving you flexibility based on your application. We also offer optional custom load guards for an additional cost if required for your operation.

The price for the 4,400 lb capacity pallet jack is only $1,795 + HST per unit, making it an outstanding value considering the upgraded battery system, smart OLED display, hybrid functionality, and enhanced protection features.

These units come with a 6-month manufacturer defect-only warranty (including the battery). The unit must be brought to our shop for warranty repairs. Parts are covered only if defective or faulty. Damage caused by operator misuse is not covered and will be charged for parts plus labor at $140 + tax per hour.
