Famous Hybrid pallet truck- 3300 lb-A totally new product!

Now available is the fully powered (drive & lift) Hybrid pallet truck with a Li-ion battery. This machine will work as a power pallet truck to move the palletized cargo. Its gradability is 8% loaded and up to 20% empty.

This is a completely new model unit, which will replace the units we have had for the last few years. ~ There are several improvements, such as a new upright button, a new lift button, a new improved display, a larger battery* (*please see the picture of the old size battery and the new size), and a smaller digital 110 volt fully automatic input charger. It also has a complete guard around the motor and wiring, so it is not exposed to damage. The On/Off switch is now mounted on the side, so if something drops on the top, it is not as likely to get damaged.

The other major improvement is that it can be used as a manual pallet truck in the event that the battery runs out. The older model could not be used in the manual mode, except to push and pull, but the new design allows the operator to disengage the automatic brake, and use it just as if it was a manual pallet jack.

NOTE: It can be pumped up manually, and you can push and pull it if needed.

This is a 3000-lb capacity unit and the forks are 27″wide x 48″ long. You will get up to 4 hours of operating time per charge depending on the type of work you do. You don’t need the whole machine to charge it up, just take the battery out and charge it up. If you are moving cargo that needs to be weighed, you can keep the Hybrid pallet truck in your vehicle and just remove or replace the battery as needed.

Another nice feature is that you can operate this pallet truck with the tiller arm in the upright position if you are operating inside a very small space, like the inside of a straight truck, and need to turn around with a pallet on it. You just turn it off, put the accelerator handle in the forward position, and turn it back on. You can then operate it with the handle in the upright position.

Warranty policy: These Hybrids come with a 6-month parts-only warranty (including battery). You need to bring it to our shop for repairs and there is a $60+tax admin fee each time. Parts are covered only if it is defective/or faulty. If it’s broken/damaged by the operator will be charged for the parts+labor, and our labor rates are $115+tax per hour.
